1. Refund Eligibility

We at Webongo.in strive to provide the best web design and development services to our clients. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

• Full refund: You may be eligible for a full refund within 24 hours if you have paid for a service that has not been initiated or delivered.
• Partial refund: Within 36 hours, If you have paid for a service that has been partially delivered or initiated but not completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund, partial amount will not be more then 50% of the total service cost If paid full. There will be no refund if advance amount paid by client is less then 3500. 

3. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that certain services, such as domain registration, third-party software licenses, and other third-party services, may not be eligible for refunds. We will inform you if any of the services you are purchasing fall into this category before you make a purchase.

*a. All the website design services thats include domain & hosting, will have fix non returnable charges which includes cost of domain+ cost of hosting and service charges.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [info@webongo.in] with your refund request. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

5. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 15 days or in sum cases it may be more in such cases you will be notified by mail the amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a service and request a refund, please do so within [1] days of purchasing the service. Cancellation requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund. Note: If service has been initiated on 1st day and our team has purchased the domain & hosting for you please refer the point 3a mentioned above on  non refundable services.
